Project Management
- Our project managers managed the moves, configuration,
deployment and subsequent support of 750 servers during
initial build-out and later additions to a new data
center at a major financial institution.
We stepped in after departure of the original project
manager and
continued to act as the organizing
force between multiple organizations within a major
financial institution, electrical contractors, communications
contractors and systems contractors.

Staffing
- Our staffing team met with the hiring managers as
well as the technical teams to determine the requirements
to replace a costly legacy system. Once the requirements
were clearly defined we recommended the hire of a new
Chief Technology Officer to initially act as project
manager to replace the legacy system at a "household-name"
retail firm.
Our recruiting team identified a short-list
of candidates to fill this role and placed the right
candidate in the position. The firm is well on its way
to replacing the system with current technology. |
